In the Matter of L. A. \Red\" LLOYD
Supreme Court of Louisiana.
Mar 14, 1980.
381 So. 2d 1215

In re L. A. “Red” Lloyd et al., applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus prohibition and stay order. Parish of Plaque-mines. Nos. 56-818, 57,373, 57,449, 57-450, 57-478, 57,479.

Granted in part; denied in part. Assignments one (1) through three (3) have no merit. As to assignment number four (4) (contempt), inasmuch as there was no order for movers to appear on February 14th, merely a fixing of a hearing on the motion to quash, the judge’s order directing movers to show cause is set aside.
