The trial court can control further proceedings, including authorization of the proposed sale of succession property and the disposition of the proceeds thereof if authorized, by exercising discretion as matters are filed and presented for decision in accordance with[*911] the Code of Civil Procedure articles governing the administration of successions. Otherwise, denied.
