PER CURIAM.

Granted in part. This case involves a claim for attorney’s fees under La.Rev.Stat. 23:1226, and such fees may be awarded for services in the court of appeal, as well as in the trial court. This case does not involve a claim for attorney’s fees for a frivolous appeal under La.Code Civ.Proc. art. 2164.

Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is amended to increase the award of attorney’s fees by $1,000. Otherwise, the application is denied.
