[¶ 11] We conclude that the district court answered the issue we remanded in Herzig I and Herzig TV, deciding the portion of the monetary sanctions awarded in its 2006 contempt orders to compensate Southeastern and surviving Alphild Her-zig’s death, and we have considered the remaining issues and arguments and find they are either unnecessary to our decision or without merit.

Poitra v. State

No. 20120283

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Joshua Poitra appealed from a trial court order denying his application for post-conviction relief.  On appeal, he argues he received ineffective assistance of both trial and appellate counsel, and the trial court erred in denying his application.  We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
