In Yarbray v. Young, 236 Ga. 784, 786 ( 225 SE2d 315 ) (1976), the jury in early 1974 denied alimony to the wife "in cash, kind or lump sum." The wife was awarded "exclusive use" of the house until a certain date or until a minor daughter married or died, or until the wife remarried, whichever occurred first.
