Dept. v. Sumner, 102 Ga. App. 1, 4 ( 115 SE2d 787 ), this court held that the lower court erred in refusing to allow an amendment adding the signatures of the Attorney General and an Assistant Attorney General to the entry of appeal by an agent of the State Highway Department, whose signature on the entry of appeal was held to be authorized.
