Stokes v. Singletary (1992)
In affirming the convictions, the Florida Supreme Court found that the confession “was the product of a knowing and voluntary waiver” and that “[t]here was no atmosphere of coercion surrounding his confession.” Stokes v. State, 403 So.2d 377, 378 (Fla.1981) (per curiam).
