Sec. 1-6. Criminal Division The criminal division of the Superior Court shall consist of the following parts: (1) A—Capital felonies, class A felonies, and unclassified felonies punishable by sentences of more than twenty years. (2) B—Class B felonies and unclassified felon- ies punishable by sentences of more than ten years but not more than twenty years. (3) C—Class C felonies and unclassified felon- ies punishable by sentences of more than five years but not more than ten years. (4) D—Class D felonies and all other crimes, violations, motor vehicle violations, and infrac- tions. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 5.)
