Sec. 11-5. Subsequent Orders of Notice; Continuance Motions made to the court for a second or sub- sequent order of notice shall be filed with the clerk, who shall call them to the attention of the judi- cial authority at the earliest convenient time. The judicial authority may thereupon enter its order or direct that the matter be placed on the next short calendar list. If a continuance of the case is desired, it may also be requested in the motion for the order of notice. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 200.)
