Sec. 17-17. —Offer of Compromise and Acceptance Included in Record (Amended June 26, 2006, to take effect Jan. 1, 2007.) Any such offer of compromise and any accep- tance of the offer of compromise shall be included by the clerk in the record of the case. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 349.)
