Sec. 24-14. —Notice of Time and Place of Hearing Whenever a hearing is scheduled, the clerk shall send to each party or representative a notice of the time and place set for hearing. This shall include the street address of the court, a tele- phone number for inquiries, and the room number or other information sufficient to describe the place where the hearing will be held.
