Sec. 25a-12. Order of Pleadings The order of pleadings shall be: (1) the petition for establishment of parentage and/or a petition for support; (2) the defendant’s motion to dismiss the petition; (3) the defendant’s motion to strike the petition or claims for relief; (4) the defendant’s answer, cross petition and claims for relief; (5) the plaintiff’s motion to strike the defendant’s answer, cross petition, or claims for relief; (6) the plaintiff’s answer. (Adopted June 21, 2010, to take effect Aug. 1, 2010; amended June 14, 2024, to take effect Jan. 1, 2025.) (Sec. 25a-12 was temporarily assigned the number 25a-7 in the Connecticut Law Journal of July 13, 2010.)
