Sec. 30-1A. Admission to a Juvenile Residential Center (Amended June 10, 2022, to take effect Jan. 1, 2023.) Whenever an officer or other person intends to admit a child into a juvenile residential center, the provisions of General Statutes § 46b-133 shall apply. (Adopted June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003; amended June 10, 2022, to take effect Jan. 1, 2023.)
