Conn. Practice Book § 35a-1B (2026)

Sec. 35a-1B. Exclusion of Unnecessary Persons from Courtroom Any judicial authority hearing a child protection matter may, during such hearing, exclude from the room in which such hearing is held any person whose presence is, in the opinion of the judicial authority, not necessary.
