Sec. 42-16. SUPERIOR COURT—PROCEDURE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS Sec. 42-23 exception shall state distinctly the matter objected to and the ground of exception. The exception shall be taken out of the hearing of the jury. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 852.)
