Sec. 68-6A. Clerk Appendix when Several Cases Present Same Question In the discretion of the appellate clerk, if several cases are pending in which the same question of law is presented, whether between the same or different parties, such clerk may assemble only one clerk appendix. (Adopted June 15, 2021, to take effect Oct. 1, 2021.)
