Rule 120. Duties of Register as to Accounts Filed

Rule 120. Duties of Register as to Accounts Filed As to each account filed with the Court, the Register in Chancery shall examine the same, compare it with the vouchers, if any, check the calculations and certify thereon whether the Register finds the same to be correct. The Register in Chancery shall also certify thereon the date that the notices required by Rule 119 were mailed.
