F.S. 121.1815121.1815 Special pensions to individuals; administration of laws by Department of Management Services.—All powers, duties, and functions related to the administration of laws providing special pensions to individuals, including chapter 18054, Laws of Florida, 1937; chapter 26788, Laws of Florida, 1951, as amended by chapter 57-871, Laws of Florida; chapter 26836, Laws of Florida, 1951; and chapter 63-953, Laws of Florida, are vested in the department. All laws hereinafter enacted by the Legislature pertaining to special pensions for individuals shall be administered by the department, unless contrary provisions are contained in such law.
