(1) Each state agency, as defined in s. 216.011, shall provide the following information to the Department of Financial Services regarding the agency’s contracted activities:(a) The nature of the commodities or services purchased.
(b) The term of the contract.
(c) The final obligation made by the agency.
(d) A summary of any time constraints that apply to the procurement.
(e) The justification for not using the competitive solicitation, including any statutory exemption or exception.
(f) Other information regarding the contract or the procurement which may be required by the Department of Financial Services.
(2) This section applies to any contract executed on or after July 1, 2010, for the purchase of commodities or contractual services in excess of the CATEGORY TWO threshold amount provided in s. 287.017 which is not:(a) Awarded by competitive solicitation pursuant to s. 287.057(1); or (b) Purchased from a purchasing agreement or state term contract pursuant to s. 287.056. (3) An agency must submit the required information to the Department of Financial Services within 3 working days after executing the contract.
