388.351 Transfer of equipment, personnel, and supplies during an emergency.—The department, upon notifying a program and obtaining its approval, is authorized to transfer equipment, materials, and personnel from one program to another in the event of an emergency brought about by an arthropod-borne epidemic or other disaster requiring emergency control.
