(1) POSTCERTIFICATION AMENDMENTS.—(a) If, subsequent to certification by the board, a licensee proposes any material change to the application and revisions or amendments thereto, as certified, the licensee shall submit a written request for amendment and a description of the proposed change to the application to the department. Within 30 days after the receipt of the request for the amendment, the department shall determine whether the proposed change to the application requires a modification of the conditions of certification.
(b) If the department concludes that the change would not require a modification of the conditions of certification, the department shall provide written notification of the approval of the proposed amendment to the licensee, all agencies, and all other parties.
(c) If the department concludes that the change would require a modification of the conditions of certification, the department shall provide written notification to the licensee that the proposed change to the application requires a request for modification pursuant to s. 403.516. (2) POSTCERTIFICATION REVIEW.—Postcertification submittals filed by the licensee with one or more agencies are for the purpose of monitoring for compliance with the issued certification and must be reviewed by the agencies on an expedited and priority basis because each facility certified under this act is a critical infrastructure facility. In no event shall a postcertification review be completed in more than 90 days after complete information is submitted to the reviewing agencies.
