F.S. 581.161581.161 Fumigation or treatment of plants and plant products.—The division is authorized to supervise or cause the fumigation or treatment of plants and plant products infested or infected by plant pests or so exposed to infestation or infection that it is reasonably believed that infestation or infection could exist.
