F.S. 626.571626.571 Delinquent agencies; notice of trusteeship.—If any agent or agency becomes delinquent for 90 days in payment of accounts owing to the insurer or insurers represented by the agent or agency, and a trusteeship or similar arrangement for the administration of the affairs of the agent or agency is instituted, the insurer or insurers involved therein shall immediately give written notice thereof to the department.
