F.S. 627.0916627.0916 Agricultural horse farms.—Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, any rates, rating schedules, or rating manuals for workers’ compensation and employer’s liability insurance filed with the office shall provide for the rates of an agricultural horse farm engaged in breeding or training to be separated into the following three rate classifications and the premium paid shall be applied proportionately according to payroll: breeding activity involving stallions; breeding activity not involving stallions, including but not limited to boarding and foaling; and training.History.—s. 96, ch. 93-415; s. 2, ch. 95-219; s. 1078, ch. 2003-261.
