(a) Any person engaged in the business of operating a convenience warehouse who fails to obtain the information required by subsection (a) of Code Section 10-4-192 or who rents or leases a storage space without first obtaining the written document required by subsection (b) of Code Section 10-4-192 or who knowingly and willfully fails to comply with subsection (c) of Code Section 10-4-192 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (b) Any person who intentionally provides any false information pursuant to subsection (a) of Code Section 10-4-192 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (c) Any person who knowingly provides false information in executing the document required by subsection (b) of Code Section 10-4-192 commits the offense of false swearing within the meaning of Code Section 16-10-71.
