- Fact that this section provided for a request for information by debtor does not preclude a request being made by third person directly to creditor. Ayers v. Yancy Bros. Co., 141 Ga. App. 358, 233 S.E.2d 471 (1977) (decided under former Code Section11-9-208).
Should secured party fail to furnish information requested by third party, the third party should require debtor to obtain information from secured party and may refuse to complete transaction with debtor until such information is obtained and is satisfactory to subsequent party. Ayers v. Yancy Bros. Co., 141 Ga. App. 358, 233 S.E.2d 471 (1977) (decided under former Code Section11-9-208).
