ARTICLE 2 LICENSES

31-11-35. Renewal of license; change of ownership of ambulance service.

  1. Renewal of any license issued under this article shall require conformance with the requirements of this article as upon original licensing.
  2. Change of ownership of an ambulance service shall require a new application and a new license issued in conformance with the requirements of this article as upon original licensing.
