TITLE 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Section 1. General Provisions, 36-1-1 through 36-1-27.

36-1-1. Names of counties.

The state is divided into 159 counties, whose boundaries and limits shall be ascertained by the several Acts laying off the same and those Acts amendatory thereof.
