Call Now: 904-383-7448Permits issued under this chapter shall not be transferable. Upon the death of a person to whom such a permit has been issued, the permit issued to such deceased person shall continue in full force and effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the death of such person, provided the Commissioner is notified of such death within 30 days from the date thereof. During the 90 day period, renewal shall not be required and the permit shall in all respects be subject to this chapter. The permit shall terminate upon the expiration of the 90 day period.
