Call Now: 904-383-7448Any person who dispenses or sells hearing aid devices or instruments without a license or who otherwise is in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. For the purposes of this chapter, such misdemeanor shall be considered a crime involving moral turpitude.
