This section requires the verification of every petition filed in a probate court that relates to testate estates, intestate estates, and year's support. The verification may be sworn or affirmed before the probate judge, the clerk of the probate court or any notary public. For general provisions relating to notaries public, see Code Sec. 53-11-7.
