Sec. 124. "Person" means an individual, a firm, a
partnership, an association, a fiduciary, an executor or administrator,
a governmental entity, a limited liability company, a corporation, a sole
proprietorship, a trust, an estate, or another entity, except as defined in
the following sections:
(1) IC 9-20-14-0.5.
(2) IC 9-20-15-0.5.
(3) IC 9-32-2.1-33.
