Rule 13.14 Probable cause to injure. The judge’s or referee’s order for respondent’s immediate custody under Iowa Code section 125.81 shall include a finding of probable cause to believe that the respondent is a person with a substance use disorder and is likely to inflict self-injury or injure others if allowed to remain at liberty.
