Rule 16.104 Authority. These rules are adopted under the authority granted to the Iowa Supreme Court by article V, section 4, of the Iowa Constitution and by Iowa Code section 602.1614 (judicial branch acceptance, distribution, and retention of electronic records). [Court Order November 21, 2016, temporarily effective November 21, 2016, permanently effective February 1, 2017]
