Rule 17.50 Forms relating to child and medical support suspension due to CINA cases. Persons without attorney representation in Child-in-Need-of-Assistance (CINA) actions seeking to suspend, terminate, or reinstate child support or medical support or both under Iowa Code section 598.21H must use the forms listed in this rule. The forms are available on the Iowa Judicial Branch website at: www.iowacourts.gov.
