Rule 8.26 Advisory notice to minor. 8.26(1) Upon the filing of any petition for waiver of parental notification, the clerk shall provide the minor a copy of the Advisory Notice to Minor form that accompanies these rules. 8.26(2) The clerk shall document in the court file that a copy of the advisory notice has been provided to the minor.
