Rule 8.37 Minor guardianship required filings. 8.37(1) The court shall not waive the requirement to file an initial care plan, annual report, or final report in a minor guardianship proceeding. 8.37(2) The court may extend the time for submitting any filing listed in rule 8.37(1) only upon a showing of good cause. 8.37(3) If a guardian fails to submit any filing listed in rule 8.37(1), the court may, after notice and an opportunity to cure the failure, impose sanctions, including removal of the guardian.
