19-2883. Establishment; resolution, name. The board of county commissioners of any county which has been designated as an urban area by the legislature, may, upon determination, by resolution, that the establishment of a park district will promote the interests of the county, create a park district which shall include all of the area comprising such county. The park district thus created shall be known by the name of "the _____________ county park district."
