The department shall operate a specialized treatment program for sexual offenders, hereinafter referred to as the "program." Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 211, sec. 63, effective July 14, 1992. -- Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 478, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1986.
