The commission shall transfer to the cabinet any appropriation which may be made to it, to be expended for the purpose of acquiring real estate and for building projects for any state agency, and for matching federal funds available under 42 U.S.C. ch. 6A, subch. IV (secs. 291 et seq.) or any other federal law for the purchase, construction, improvement, or repairing of property to be used for public purposes, whether owned by the Commonwealth or any agency thereof, or by any political subdivision or municipality, or by nonprofit corporations or associations. All expenditures shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. History: Amended 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 152, sec. 21. -- Amended 1956 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
