The local legislative body of any county governed under urban-county statutes may, by resolution, create and establish an agency to be known by the name of the largest city in such county and the name of the county itself, separated by the word "and" and the words "parking authority". That agency shall exist for each urban-county government with the powers, duties, and functions as hereinafter provided. Effective: June 19, 1976 History: Created 1976 Ky.
