As used in KRS 91A.520 and 91A.530, unless the context otherwise requires: "User fee" means the fee or charge imposed by a local government on the user of a public service for the use of any particular service not also available from a nongovernmental provider. History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 181, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1986.
