Md. Rule 10-701. Scope

The rules in this Chapter apply to proceedings under the rules in Chapters 300, 500, and 600 of this Title. They do not apply to proceedings under the rules in Chapters 200 and 400 of this Title, except as otherwise provided in those rules.
