Md. Rule 6-133. Attorney May Act for Person

Except for the signing of documents required by law to be filed by a personal representative with the register or the court, a person's attorney may perform any act required or permitted by these rules to be performed by that person. When any notice is to be given by or to a person, the notice may be given by or to the attorney for that person.
