(A) Form of Judgments and Orders. A proposed judgment or order must be prepared in accordance with MCR 2.602(A) and MCR 1.109(D)(2). (B) Procedure for Entry of Judgments and Orders. In a contested matter, the procedure for entry of judgments and orders is as provided in MCR 2.602(B).
