247.334 Bus passenger shelters; construction, municipal supervision.

Sec. 4.

    The municipalities in which bus passenger shelters are proposed to be erected shall have the exclusive power to prescribe the size, shape and nature of the bus passenger shelters, and to supervise their construction and maintenance.
