257.1119 Judgment against secretary of state; payment; property damage payment.

Sec. 19.

    Where judgment is obtained against the secretary upon the determination of all proceedings, including appeals, the secretary, subject to the limitations provided in this act, shall pay out of the fund to the plaintiff in the action, the entire amount of the judgment with respect to death or personal injury, and that part of the judgment in excess of $200.00, in respect to property damage.
