462.247 Negotiation by railroad bridge or tunnel company with railroad company; purpose.

Sec. 247.

    A railroad bridge or tunnel company may negotiate with any railroad company which may connect with its bridge or tunnel for the purpose of obtaining aid in the construction of its work.
