552.608 Limitation on amount of income withheld.

Sec. 8.

    The total amount of income withheld under this act under all orders to withhold income for current support, past due support, fees, and health care coverage premiums effective against a payer shall not exceed 50% of the payer's disposable earnings as that term is defined in 15 USC 1672.
