767.30 Warrant for arrest of indictee; issuance, persons.

Sec. 30.

    A warrant for the arrest of any person indicted may be issued by the court to which the indictment shall be presented, or by any justice of the supreme court, or judge of the court for the county in which such indictment shall be found, or judge of any recorder's court or any court of record having jurisdiction of criminal causes, either in vacation or during the sitting of any such court; but such warrant shall not be issued by any other officer.
